Theresa Caldwell

February 24, 1947 - May 11, 2004

On May 11, 2004, my mother unexpectedly died from NF. We had been told there had been some improvements, then she had heart failure and they told us she would not be able to be kept alive. This disease needs to become more known so prevention can begin. She had all the symptoms, but we knew nothing of this disease. She was a wonderful mother, and a wonderful wife.
